As we fix our eyes on Jesus and worship Him with wholehearted devotion, His presence is revealed among us. In His presence, lives are transformed through conviction, healing, freedom, and salvation. When Christ is truly exalted, He draws people to Himself, restores hearts, and reveals His glory. At IROC Church, our greatest desire is to lift Jesus high in everything we do so that He alone is honored and exalted.

Dustin and Stephanie Dawson serve as the Worship Leaders at IROC Church. With years of experience leading others into God's presence, they are passionate about creating an atmosphere where people can encounter Jesus through authentic, Christ-centered worship. Their greatest desire is to see God glorified and lives transformed as they lead with humility, excellence, and a genuine love for Him.
