Hello

Meet our Women's Director

Jennifer Harper-Gonzalez

At IROC Church, our Women's Ministry, led by Jennifer, is dedicated to fostering a sense of community and sisterhood among the women of our church. Through regular Bible studies, prayer meetings, and fun activities, we provide opportunities for women to grow in their faith, connect with one another, and find support and encouragement. Jennifer's leadership ensures that our Women's Ministry is a vibrant and welcoming community where women can thrive in their relationship with God and one another.

"Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised." - Proverbs 31:30

At IROC Church, we believe in the power and importance of women in the church and their role as spiritual leaders. We are committed to providing support, guidance, and resources to help women grow in their walk with the Lord. From the youngest girls to the elderly ladies, we strive to teach and inspire them to become Proverbs 31 women who live their lives for the Lord. Our women's ministry offers a variety of programs and events designed to nurture and empower women in their faith. We provide opportunities for fellowship, Bible study, and prayer, allowing women to connect with one another and deepen their relationship with God. We also recognize the unique challenges and joys that come with motherhood and offer support and encouragement to mothers in their journey. We believe that women have a vital role as prayer warriors, interceding for their families, communities, and the church. We encourage women to embrace this calling and provide resources and training to help them grow in their prayer life. At IROC Church, we value the contributions and leadership of women and are committed to equipping them to fulfill their God-given potential. Join us as we walk together in faith and strive to live as Proverbs 31 women, dedicated to serving the Lord and making a difference in our homes and communities.
